All completed payments are non-refundable. However, some of the packages may
include freeze option by which you can freeze your membership for a certain period without any extra
charge. Trial session cancellations are accepted 12 hours prior to booked time. If the client did not
show up and have not informed about session cancellation at least 12 hours before, then there will be no
rescheduling. Failure to cancel within this time frame or failure to show up for a session will result
in the client being charged for the session. Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical
emergency accompanied by a doctor’s note.
